Will it arrive by Christmas?
Free standard shipping to the US takes up to 19 business days from order to door: up to 4 to check and pack in India, then 10 to 15 in transit. Most orders leave sooner than that. For Christmas, order by about 27 November. Priority insured shipping costs $9.95 and needs up to 9 business days, so it buys you time until about 11 December. Orders placed before 9 pm US Eastern are usually processed the same business day.
Can the person I give it to return it?
Returns are open for 30 days from delivery, so count from the day the parcel arrives, not the day you hand it over. Email us first for approval. It must come back unused and unwashed, with its lid, accessories and original packaging; the buyer pays tracked return postage to India, and the original shipping cost may be deducted.
Is it real copper?
Yes, pure copper. You will see it age: the surface darkens with air and use, and lemon with salt brings the bright colour back. On the cuffs, the gold- and silver-toned centre is decoration set on a copper body.
