Why I Created Copper Healer
Hello, my name is Akshat Goel, the founder of Copper Healer. My path into the world of holistic wellness began long before the creation of this project. For the last 18 to 19 years, meditation, yoga, and various deep spiritual practices have been my lifelong passion and daily foundation.
However, in 2020, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, I integrated a new practice into my spiritual routine: performing the ancient daily Agnihotra fire ritual. This practice became a turning point. It ignited a deep curiosity that led me to start intensive research into the properties of raw copper vessels, the physical and energetic power of Agnihotra, the spiritual significance of Indian Desi cows, and the healing chemistry behind authentic A2 ghee and dry cow dung cakes.
As I went further and further into this profound Vedic knowledge, I became passionate about making these authentic tools accessible to seekers worldwide. That passion became the catalyst for starting the Copper Healer project, alongside my other initiatives centered around meditation, classical yoga, manifestation, the power of the mind, and other subtle practices, driven by a deep curiosity to understand sacred scriptures—whether Vedic texts or scriptures from other spiritual regions across the globe.
Our Shared Passion
Agnihotra is the gateway to a completely aligned spiritual and physiological practice. When we perform Homa, we honor five core pillars:
💨 The Bhopal Gas Tragedy Testimonials
One of the most notable historical accounts regarding Agnihotra occurred during the 1984 Union Carbide methyl isocyanate (MIC) gas leak in Bhopal, India, where practicing families reported experiencing no respiratory symptoms.

Original newspaper archives detailing the “Vedic Way to Beat Pollution” and survivor testimonials from the April 7, 1985 edition of The Hindu.
🛡️ Shri S.L. Kushwaha’s Reported Survival
On the night of December 2–3, 1984, methyl isocyanate gas leaked into the air, causing acute toxicity across Bhopal. Shri S.L. Kushwaha (a school teacher) lived a mere 150 meters away from the Union Carbide chemical plant—directly in the path of the toxic gas cloud.
As toxic fumes entered their home and family members began coughing and choking, they immediately lit their Agnihotra copper pyramid and performed the sunset and sunrise Homa fire ritual.
The Account: According to accounts documented at the time, their acute respiratory and eye irritation symptoms subsided rapidly within 20 minutes of starting the ritual. Every member of the Kushwaha family emerged from the high-exposure zone safe and without suffering the long-term pulmonary health issues that affected their neighbors.
🏡 Rathore & Prajapati Families
Similar to the Kushwahas, the nearby families of Shri Prajapati and Shri Rathore lived directly within the critical gas exposure radius, having practiced regular daily Agnihotra at sunrise and sunset.
On the night of the leak, as toxic vapors swept through their streets, they lit their copper pyramids, chanted the mantras, and remained inside their homes.
The Account: In follow-up surveys of the disaster zone, it was documented that these specific households did not experience the severe pulmonary edema and systemic poisoning seen in surrounding homes, suggesting that the combustion of cow dung and ghee created a protective micro-environment.
🔬 Peer-Reviewed Scientific Research on Agnihotra
Modern laboratories, agricultural colleges, and medical bodies are increasingly verifying the benefits of Agnihotra on surroundings, crops, and humans.
1. Atmospheric Purification
Combustion in the copper pyramid significantly purifies the ambient air. It has been shown to reduce airborne pathogenic bacteria and fungal spores by up to 90%, acting as a natural, chemical-free bio-fumigant.

2. Homa Organic Agriculture
Agnihotra ash acts as a potent catalyst for soil fertility, rich in bioavailable phosphorus, potassium, and magnesium. Crops cultivated in Homa environments exhibit deeper roots, higher yield, pest resistance, and bioremediation of heavy metal toxins.

3. Human Biology & Stress
Performing Agnihotra brings immediate calming effects. Clinical tests show a sudden drop in cortisol (stress hormones), stabilization of heart rate variability (HRV), and a shift in EEG brain waves into synchronized alpha states.

🔥 The Sunset & Sunrise Mantras
Agnihotra is performed exactly at local sunrise and sunset to align with the transition of planetary energies. Here are the sacred healing mantras chanted during the offerings:
Suryaya Swaha
Prajapataye Swaha, Prajapataye Idam Na Mama.”
Agnaye Swaha
Prajapataye Swaha, Prajapataye Idam Na Mama.”
❓ Agnihotra & Homa Therapy Frequently Asked Questions
Deep educational and scientific insights into the practice, chemistry, and environmental impact of Homa fire purification.
- Dried Desi Cow Dung: Acts as a rich, slow-burning fuel containing natural medicinal elements. When burned, cow dung releases natural formaldehyde and hydrocarbons that exhibit powerful disinfectant properties.
- Pure A2 Cow Ghee (Clarified Butter): Functions as a high-density catalytic fuel. Combustion of ghee releases micro-droplets of clarified oils that actively bind to airborne dust particles and suspended pollutants, clarifying the air.
- Raw, Unpolished Rice: Chanted as a grain offering (Akshata). The unbroken rice grains contain intact biological codes and energy patterns, which, when consumed by the fire, release vital trace elements and nutrients into the smoke.
