At Copper Healer, every order is packed with care so your handmade, raw, untreated, and unlined copper products reach you safely. Our pieces travel from our workshop in India to homes around the world, carrying the warmth of traditional craftsmanship with them.
Copper Healer is based in India, the birthplace of Ayurveda and the home of generations of skilled coppersmiths. We are not a distant reseller buying blindly from random factories. Our founder, Akshat Goel, has spent years practicing Ayurveda, yoga, meditation, and traditional wellness disciplines, and works directly with Indian artisans to keep the copper raw, unlined, untreated, and true to its traditional purpose.
We do our best to keep our prices reasonable and offer free standard international shipping whenever possible, so more people around the world can experience pure, unadulterated copper products from India without surprise shipping charges at checkout.

Standard Free Shipping

- Handling Time: 1–2 business days for order verification and protective packaging.
- Estimated Delivery: 10–15 business days after dispatch.
- Shipping Origin: Dispatched from India.
Priority Insured Shipping
- Cost: $8.00 USD
- Handling Time: 1–2 business days.
- Estimated Delivery: 5–7 business days after dispatch.
Daily Order Cut-Off
Orders placed before 09:00 PM EST (Washington D.C. / US Eastern Time) are usually processed the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off, during weekends, or during public holidays are processed on the next business day.
📦 Tracking & Delivery
Once your order is packed and shipped, we will send tracking details to the email address used at checkout. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after dispatch, especially while the package is moving between international shipping partners.
Please make sure your shipping address, email address, and phone number are correct before placing the order. If an address is incomplete or incorrect, delivery may be delayed or the package may be returned by the carrier.
Copper Healer ships internationally from India. We do our best to make shipping simple and affordable, but any import duties, VAT, customs charges, local taxes, or carrier clearance fees charged by your country are the buyer’s responsibility.
Customs inspections, local postal delays, remote-area delivery delays, weather disruptions, or carrier processing delays can occasionally extend delivery timelines. These situations are outside our direct control, but we will help you with tracking information wherever possible.
🔎 Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages
If your package appears delayed, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number. We will help review the tracking status and guide you on the next practical step.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal to accept delivery, unpaid customs charges, or non-collection from the carrier, any original shipping cost paid by Copper Healer may be deducted before refunding or reshipping.
