To ensure your return is processed, you must email us first at contact@copperhealer.com to receive an official RMA number. Packages shipped to our warehouse without a visible RMA number on the label will not be recognized or processed.

💰 2. Return Shipping & Restocking Fees
- Return Shipping Cost: The buyer is responsible for purchasing and arranging a trackable return shipping label back to our facility in India.
- Standard Restocking Fee: We charge a $0.00 restocking fee for items returned strictly unopened, unused, and in their original, pristine, undamaged product packaging.
- Conditional Inspection Fee: Upon arrival, all items are inspected. A restocking fee of up to 15% may be deducted from your final refund if:
- The item shows clear signs of handling, use, or water exposure.
- The original branded storage box or safety inserts are torn, marked, or missing.
- The return request was initiated after our standard 30-day window.
