We are based in India—the birthplace of Ayurveda. I am Akshat Goel, and I have practiced Ayurveda, yoga, and meditation for more than 18 years. I personally visit the workshops of generational coppersmiths in India, inspect the raw copper sheets, and check that the vessels are made without lacquer or chemical polish on the water-contact interior.

Before first use, hand wash the pitcher and lid with warm water and a small amount of mild soap. Rinse thoroughly and dry immediately. Use only plain, still, room-temperature water.

Do not use the pitcher for hot water, lemon water, juice, milk, tea, coffee, or other acidic drinks. Never use a dishwasher or abrasive scrubber. For occasional tarnish removal, rub briefly with lemon and fine salt, rinse thoroughly, and dry with a soft cloth. Natural patina is expected.
