Cleaning: Cut a lemon in half, dip the cut side in salt, and gently rub the interior. Rinse thoroughly with water. Do not use harsh detergents or abrasive scrubbers. The natural patina that develops over time is normal — copper darkens with use, and the patina is not damage.

What to avoid: Do not refrigerate the bottle. Do not store acidic liquids (lemon water, citrus, vinegar) in the bottle for prolonged periods. Pat the bottle dry after each use to maintain a clean patina.
